Publishing content

This playbook describes how content moves from an idea to the live site.

1. Author

• Create a Markdown file under the right knowledge/ folder.
• Add YAML front matter. type is required and must be non-empty.
• Use status: draft by default.
• Agent-authored material sets generated.by: agent-zero/<skill-or-version>.
• Every factual external claim needs a sources: entry or clearly marked uncertainty.

2. Validate

pnpm validate:okf
pnpm test:links

3. Build

pnpm build

This regenerates public/knowledge-index.json and renders the static site.

4. Review and publish

• Work on a branch; open a reviewable commit/PR.
• A human promotes status to published and, if appropriate, sets verification metadata.
• Agents never set human verification metadata.
• Deployment and DNS changes require explicit human approval.
